Unethical Billing!
Charged me for seven sessions at once! Sent me to talk to robots repeatedly. Unethical and doesn’t care about clients!

My therapist on Tava is EXCELLENT
My therapist on Tava is EXCELLENT! However, I am disappointed in the Tava platform and services from Tava itself. I had asked a billing question that got resolved but with no communication to me about the resolution. I also asked for legal support and how to get a subpoena to my therapist, this never got responded to.

I really appreciate the simplicity of…

Easy
