Great plugin to figure out your taxes. It takes a bit of time to configure, but once it is in place it does all of the work for you.

Began to charge without active notice . Ridiculously priced for service level
Reply from TaxCloudAug 26, 2020
Thanks for the review. Unclear what you are saying about being "charge without active notice ". You went live with our service in January 2019 - which is when you would begin to be charged. You used (you no longer send us transactions) our state paid service in 25 states (at no cost to you). So calling our pricing "ridiculous" is in itself ridiculous. We wish you well in finding a better value in the sales tax automation market.

Not yet include New Mexico
Reply from TaxCloudAug 28, 2020
Thank you for the review! If you comment is pointing out that New Mexico is currently not one of our member states where we can offer services at no cost to you as we would get paid by the state, you are correct. However, we do offer sales tax calculation, reporting and filing services for New Mexico as a fee based service. Pricing for those services is available at https://taxcloud.com/pricing. Please feel free to reach to the New Mexico Department of Revenue and tell them #GimmeTaxCloud!

I got tax cloud to try as a trial. I did not like it and canceled however they keep trying to charge me. I have tried to log in to cancel again but the website just sits loading and never takes me to the correct page. I contacted customer service and they were not any help.

Hi Heather - You can disable your account under Settings > Profile then click on the Account Status button. We've done this for you. If you would like to keep your account open you have 72 hours to log-in and re-open your account. All the best in your business!

TaxCloud makes the sales tax process easy! It not only calculates the sales tax, but also pays it to the appropriate states. My only grumble is that not all states use it yet, so if your nexus is in one of the non-user states, you have to still send in the collected taxes yourself. Hopefully soon all states will be using this great service!

Thanks for the review Tracey! We appreciate your business and continue to work with non-member states so we can offer more state funded services to our clients. We urge you to contact non-member states and tell them "Gimme TaxCloud!"

Terrible dashboard from the 1990s and subpar support. I regret the day I created an account at Taxcloud and will move to another service asap.

Thanks for the detailed review. We haven't seen any transactions from you since February so difficult to pinpoint what we've done wrong. We're happy to provide help if you can be specific but can't help if you provide no detail.
