From the very first interaction with Austin Morgan, I could tell that he just got me. He was thoughtful, offered thoughtful direction and supplied suggestions. Austin didn't know it, but he was up against 4 other companies. Out of all of them, he alone tried to sell me what I needed to buy, not what he wanted to sell. Once the digital proofs were approved, Teal moved like lightning, with me receiving regular updates from Austin. I received my boxes today, and they're even better than expected! So happy I went with Austin and Teal!

I had an excellent experience working with Zack at Teal Packaging on custom bags for a very important event collaboration for my business, KOKA Kreations. From the beginning, Zack was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget without compromising the vision I had for the bags. Communication was excellent from quoting through proofing and production, and Zack made sure the details were right before moving forward. Most importantly, the finished bags are BEAUTIFUL. The warm ivory, satin ribbon handles, and gold foil came together exactly as I envisioned, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Custom packaging can be stressful, especially when you’re working with a firm event deadline, but Zack made the process feel manageable and kept me confident that my order was in good hands. I truly appreciate the care and customer service he provided and would absolutely work with Zack and Teal Packaging again for future KOKA projects. Melissa Grace at Teal Packaging has been fantastic to work with. She has been responsive, patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire packaging process for our skincare company, Lümi-Vita. We had a lot of questions about sizing, artwork, materials, samples, and production, and Melissa stayed in communication with us and helped move everything along without making the process feel complicated. The custom boxes for Rapped With Smoke BBQ turned out excellent! The print quality and overall finish look great, and more importantly, the boxes are sturdy and have held up very well during actual food service. They give our food a much more professional presentation and really help our branding stand out. Monica Grace was great to work with throughout the entire process. She was helpful, responsive, and made sure everything came together the way we wanted. She even followed up after we had been using the boxes to make sure we were happy with the quality and performance, which I really appreciated.
