From the very first interaction with Austin Morgan, I could tell that he just got me. He was thoughtful, offered thoughtful direction and supplied suggestions. Austin didn't know it, but he was up against 4 other companies. Out of all of them, he alone tried to sell me what I needed to buy, not what he wanted to sell. Once the digital proofs were approved, Teal moved like lightning, with me receiving regular updates from Austin. I received my boxes today, and they're even better than expected! So happy I went with Austin and Teal!

Nearly $3,000 Lost — Defective Boxes, Empty Promises, No Resolution Pretty much the worst experience I’ve ever had with a supplier. At this point, I seriously question the legitimacy and professionalism of this company. I am the founder of a small luxury fragrance brand. Packaging is critical to my business, and I paid nearly $3,000 for 200 rigid boxes, including over $200 for preliminary mockups. The finished boxes were shockingly poor. Thin wrapping paper reveals tape underneath, black lids have damaged and misaligned corners exposing white cardboard, and inserts intended to support glass perfume bottles are so flimsy they tear under the weight. The inserts weren’t even glued in as specified. The manufacturer’s solution? He suggested I tape them myself. Since June, I have repeatedly been told replacement boxes are “almost ready.” Four months later, nothing. Just endless promises and excuses. (I have the paper trail.) Even calling the company raised red flags. The phone was answered with a casual “hello,” with no indication I had reached an actual business. For a small business, nearly $3,000 is a substantial investment. I’ve been left with unusable packaging, months of delays, and no resolution. I’ve been patient, but I believe they are just making up the entire replacements narrative hoping I will give up or that my ability for recourse will time out. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Buyer beware, particularly if you’re a small business that cannot afford to lose thousands of dollars.

I had an excellent experience working with Zack at Teal Packaging on custom bags for a very important event collaboration for my business, KOKA Kreations. From the beginning, Zack was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget without compromising the vision I had for the bags. Communication was excellent from quoting through proofing and production, and Zack made sure the details were right before moving forward. Most importantly, the finished bags are BEAUTIFUL. The warm ivory, satin ribbon handles, and gold foil came together exactly as I envisioned, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Custom packaging can be stressful, especially when you’re working with a firm event deadline, but Zack made the process feel manageable and kept me confident that my order was in good hands. I truly appreciate the care and customer service he provided and would absolutely work with Zack and Teal Packaging again for future KOKA projects. Thank you, Zack, for helping bring this collaboration to life!

Melissa Grace at Teal Packaging has been fantastic to work with. She has been responsive, patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire packaging process for our skincare company, Lümi-Vita. We had a lot of questions about sizing, artwork, materials, samples, and production, and Melissa stayed in communication with us and helped move everything along without making the process feel complicated. We officially placed our packaging order tonight, and a big reason we felt comfortable moving forward was the level of service and communication Melissa provided. She took the time to address our concerns and made sure we understood what we were approving before production. We’re excited to see the finished boxes and appreciate the personal attention Melissa has given our brand. So far, our experience with Teal Packaging has been excellent. Highly recommended, and a special thank-you to Melissa Grace!

I had a wonderful experience working with Jeffrey. Once the design was perfected, everything went smoothly. His follow-up throughout the process was on point, and every critique or adjustment was met with grace. When the bags shipped, Jeffrey asked me to let him know what I thought once they arrived. I had only a few minor suggestions for my next order, and once again, the feedback was received with grace and professionalism. My business is located in Mexico, but I’m a girl from the South Side of Chicago, so I’m especially happy to show my support for the Teal Team! I’m looking forward to a long-term partnership.

The custom boxes for Rapped With Smoke BBQ turned out excellent! The print quality and overall finish look great, and more importantly, the boxes are sturdy and have held up very well during actual food service. They give our food a much more professional presentation and really help our branding stand out. Monica Grace was great to work with throughout the entire process. She was helpful, responsive, and made sure everything came together the way we wanted. She even followed up after we had been using the boxes to make sure we were happy with the quality and performance, which I really appreciated. Very happy with the finished product and the customer service. I would definitely recommend Teal Packaging!

We had a great experience working with Teal Packaging on our custom tissue sleeves. Emily Harris and her team was fantastic to work with, friendly, helpful, and made the whole design process smooth and easy. The final product turned out perfect. Thank you for all your help!

I have been in contact with Emily Harris at Teal. I regularly deal with company reps. She has been the best with whom I have worked with any company. She is attentive, informative and cares about her customers. I score her a 10... and would score higher if possible. She is the reason I am dealing with her company.
