Teal PackagingReviews of tealpackaging.com

What I truly appreciated most about this company is its customer service. They are a company that exudes old-fashioned values in the care they give to their customers. There was always someone available to communicate with; they kept their promise to deliver on a very, very tight deadline, and the end product was perfect, exactly as we requested. Teal made the process so easy from beginning to end. A special thank you to Adam for all his tremendous effort and to his team! Thank you!!!

Melissa Grace did a great job at keeping me up to date on the status of the order, and was able to act fast when some large last minute changes were necessary. Very helpful and thorough.

We could not be more pleased with our custom boxes! Melissa Grace was wonderful to work with and took our idea of the box we wanted and made it a reality. Our taper candles look fabulous in these beautiful boxes and we look forward to introducing them online and in our local market. Thank you so much Melissa! We anticipate working with you again!

I worked with Melissa Grace. She made my experience feel like a friendship. She was friendly. Quick to respond. Never said ‘no’. Just helpful and attentive to my details. Its been great. I will do business here, with her again!! Dp

Teal Packaging sets a high bar for any company to follow. From the initial contact through project completion, the speed of communication was unparalleled. Even though our initial order was minimal in quantity, we were treated as if we were a long established friend. We will definitely use Teal for our future needs and couldn’t recommend them higher. A special mention to Zack Brown who coordinated the project. He clearly is an indispensable part of a great team! Thank you!

Eva went above and beyond and assisted me in designing my project. She provided extremely helpful insights and feedback and made sure that my project arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. When ordering from Teal request Eva and I promise you won’t be disappointed

Once the design was complete I received the shipment within two weeks. Definitely a professional job.

Teal Packaging went above and beyond to fulfill our order. The whole experience was very smooth. They provided samples of their work, verified everything in timely manner, offered plenty of flexibility. We were able to save time and money with their help (Order timeline: placed the order (4000 custom design cardboard boxes) on Jul 21, order was ready to be shipped to us on Jul 26, arrived on Jul 31). Extremely happy with the quality and will be ordering in the future.
