Hi Muhammad,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’ve carefully reviewed your account, billing history, and all related support tickets to ensure we address your concerns accurately and transparently.
First, we’re sorry for the frustration you experienced. We want to clarify the facts based on our system records.
Regarding auto-billing, we have no record of a support ticket where you asked to cancel the subscription. The subscription can be cancelled by sending us the request and we make sure the customer is not charged again when a request is logged.
Concerning software usability, you subscribed to Livecaster on 22 November and opened a ticket (TCKTD5715C04) the following day regarding license activation. After requesting additional details, you shared the required screenshot on 25 November, and the license key was provided the same day. We followed up twice asking if further assistance was needed, but we did not receive a response, and the ticket was closed due to inactivity.
On 12 December, our technical team proactively provided a new download version on ticket TCKTEC7ADB3E to address the activation concern. Three follow-up emails were sent to confirm whether the updated version resolved the issue, but again, no response was received, and the ticket was closed due to inactivity.
After the subscription renewal on 23 December, we provided alternative access credentials via ticket TCKT414F1FF0 so you could continue using Livecaster for the renewed subscription. Two additional follow-ups were sent, but we did not receive confirmation or further feedback.
It’s important to note that Livecaster is actively used by many customers and is functioning as expected, which indicates the issue you experienced was likely account- or installation-specific rather than a system-wide failure. Each time you contacted support, responses were provided and follow-ups were sent, even when no reply was received from your side.
Regarding refunds, we have an iron-clad 30 day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If your purchase is older than 30 days and there is a new subscription payment for it, that does not fall into our guarantee. At that point we can cancel the subscription and future rebills but the existing purchase is out of our refund period and guarantee.
I hope this clarifies the confusion. Should you choose us again we’ll do our best to uphold the standards we’ve set.
