Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take your feedback seriously and want to clarify the situation to ensure transparency and provide a resolution.
We apologize for any confusion regarding the charges you incurred for overages. As outlined in our terms, standard rates apply when usage exceeds the plan’s limits, unless otherwise agreed upon in a contract. In your case, there was an offer to sign a contract that included lower rates for overage charges, but unfortunately, the contract was not signed, and as a result, the standard rates of 50 cents per SMS were applied. Our sales representative did reach out to you to offer a courtesy refund as part of our efforts to resolve the situation and clear up any misunderstandings. We regret if this was not communicated clearly, and we aim to be as transparent as possible.
Regarding your claim of unauthorized charges, it’s important to note that any billing activity was in accordance with our automated system designed to ensure service continuity. Our team is more than happy to investigate any potential errors or discrepancies in your billing, and we encourage you to work with our support team to resolve any remaining concerns.
Lastly, we’d like to address the comments made about one of our team members. What our employees do in their personal time does not reflect Telzio as a company. Our focus is on providing the best possible service to our customers, and we stand by the professionalism of our team. We do not condone any form of personal attacks, and we ask for respect in all communications.
We are committed to resolving this matter. If you'd like to discuss further or finalize a refund, please contact our support team directly so we can assist you. We truly value your business and hope to find a solution that works for you.
Sincerely,
Telzio
