Our pest problem was misdiagnosed. We had ants and not termites but that did not stop them from selling us bait traps. Also did not install the number of traps I contracted for. Had to cancel the contract and still waiting for a refund.

It is very hard to get hold of Terminix. Their phone do not have a voicemail. I tried several times and had to listen to their advertisement for half an hour with no one to answer. I tried three days and finally send email to their corporate support who can help you schedule etc., but cannot resolve their phone answering problems. It is not easy to get hold of them for service. This is a known problem with them.

I tried to call to cancel an inspection and was placed on hold for 30 minutes after the representative told me he just needed to pull up the schedule. I eventually hung up. I was just trying to give them a heads up, but if they want to have their technician drive out for me to just send him away, that’s their business.

I previously rated Terminix 5 stars and gave them a stellar review... Since then my experience with them has done a 180 degree prospective. I had a technician named Greg come out a few days ago with a respirator on and rudely TOLD me to leave my house so he could spray. I was puzzled since the two other times my house was sprayed, the technician did not have on a respirator and only asked me to leave for 2 hours after he sprayed. Greg, told me I would need a respirator on in order to stay in the house while he sprayed. I asked him (1) why would I need a respirator, which I didn't have one anyway cause I intended to leave for 2 hours after he sprayed. (2) the two other times their technician sprayed he didn't have a respirator and didn't ask me to leave WHILE he sprayed. Furthermore, why would this man think I would let him go through my house without watching him. He stormed out of my house like a 2-year old having a tantrum. When I asked him to call his supervisor, he refused. I called the main office to complain and he told me that in the state of California, technician's have to have a respirator as well as the customer. I don't think this is true because I've been using exterminator services for the pass 15 years and at no time has any technician ever showed up with a full on respirator. Even though they didn't spray they tried to bill me $135, which I have zero intention of paying considering how rude they were and didn't complete the service. If I can't get through to their corporate office I will be terminating Terminix service!

Never make the business with this company. Their statement is completely false. They used unprofessional subcontractors from Magical Pest Control Inc.. 10 days ago technician came to my apartment sprayed for bed bugs with very poor quality product. When we returned from hotel ( we gave extra time to kill the bed bugs) they jumped on me very aggressive and hungry as soon as I seated on a couch. And their are hundreds. Can You imagine what I filled? He sprayed by water for sure and it took just 5 minutes to finish 1 bedroom apartment. Now I continue to suffer more and scare to death, because they will probably send the same guy again for 2nd time.

Just don’t waste your time. Booked an appointment over the phone that was never inputted into their systems despite having called on three occasions to ensure someone would show up... yet no one showed up. Called a forth time after the appointment window had passed, and a manager reassured me someone would be coming the next morning... again, no one showed up. They dropped the ball so many times on this one, it’s simply unacceptable. Sad that some companies are so inconsiderate of people’s time. ✌🏽
