I contacted Termly because my business is now defunct and I needed a refund on my account. I spoke to to Dholjet who could not have been more helpful. From start to finish my request was treated with courtesy and efficiency.

We had an issue with our package getting cancelled and losing live documents. However, this was resolved in a timely fashion. Nino did a great job helping to get things up and running again.
