The whole process (the purchase of the test, making the appointment, having the blood drawn) took less than 30 minutes. I spend more time at Jiffy Lube on an oil change. I received the results in 2 or 3 days. Painless.

Found navigating the web site difficult, but once appointment was made most things went smoothly. I arrived early and was ushered in even before I had my coat off. Phebotomist was friendly, professional, and had a nice touch of humor. The only drawback to this visit was the it was hard to find the location (entrance is not on Kingshighway) & walking up the ramp to the parking lot entrance was very hard for someone with arthritis. it was delightful to find results in my INBOX by the next morning

Because I get so upset when it comes to going to doctors, I was very nervous and frazzled even though I was just searching online, for a way to get bloodwork without a doctor's visit. I found Health Testing Centers on my phone and I was able to just touch their number to call. That was just the push I needed to stop procrastinating. Jenny answered the call. She is amazingly nice. She answered all of my questions very thoroughly and guided through the process online while we were on the phone. Super helpful! HTC also has discount codes and they accept PayPal when you order online. Jenny also scheduled a time for me at the location I chose and told me what to expect and she even offered to fax the paperwork if I wasn't able to print it out. She's awesome. Of course I will recommend HTC's services to friends and family.
