Was easy to get a checkup blood panel done and setup the night before. I pay it myself and once a year that is between annual physicals. This process to get orders was flawless and the prices are among the best I have seen in years. Local labs pretty well rule the roost on costs but this service tames the feel of being stuck twice...once with the needle and one with the cost.

I went in on Friday morning and had results by email Saturday morning. It is so easy and inexpensive to keep a monitor on my chemistry as I explore plant based eating. There is so much conflicting information that we are exploring it ourselves. Health Testing allows us to see results and know how to tailor our eating. BTW... moving to plant based dieting dropped my cholesterol 40 points in 3 weeks but the blood sugar isn't moving. Time to make some adjustments and follow what happens. Wait until my primary sees what happened. I own my health and HTC is giving me the tools.
