I paid for some labs to be ordered and I was able to quickly go in that same day. I got my results the next morning online as well as a call came in from health testing centers to also give me the results. I love it! Would definitely use again and recommend.

Easy to navigate site...a very smooth and pleasant experience - I will be a repeat client. When I went to Quest for my lab draw, I was almost immediately called back because I had a reservation. There were others there that had been waiting.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am writing in response to your review about the service you received at Quest. I am disappointed to hear about your experience with your blood draw. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal during your visit. If you would be able to provide me with the address of the location and any information you remember about the representative I would like to put in a formal complaint to have the staff retrained and prevent any future issues. Again, I do want to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our service and partner Quest. I look forward to hearing from you.
