I had a complex and confusing set of circumstances, and Kevin, along with the rest of the DNA team, was not only available whenever I called, but made an extra effort to ensure I received my results as quickly as possible. Moreover, Kevin went well beyond the call of duty by checking in with me periodically during the process. You won't find better customer service or rapid turnaround anywhere. Simply superlative.
