Text Request offers a great blend of features at a reasonable price. Other services we looked at wanted to charge us right off the bat for a sweat of features we aren’t sure we’ll ever use. Text Request offers plans that let us start with basics allowing us to grow in the other features over time, or not. We recently had to switch voice carriers which was a pain. Text Request’s customer service was great and kept us informed as they worked to get us back online. Which is a lot more than I can say bout our voice carrier. I would recommend Text Request!

I have used Text Request for over a year now, and it is a really easy way to send both single messages to my clients, or mass group messages to all of my contacts when running a sale or ad. It is my go to for SMS marketing when I have a big sales campaign that I want my return customers to see.
