Easy Changing platforms
Ease of pulling my old contacts off ZipWhip to this platform. Very easy with their tool.

Amazing Support
The best thing about this program is being able to import all of your contacts. I used the ZipWhip migration tool as well as imported from .csv files. They have a support person dedicated to your account as well as a tech support team that you can text. Overall this program is very user friendly. Even the older people in the office that are old school can use this!

EXCEPTIONAL!
We just began our service and I couldn't be more pleased with the attentive, courteous, and professional exchanges we've had thus far! Howard, Savannah, and Ruth have been exceptional! I'm very happy we chose Text Request! It's easy to see how much they all care!

5 years as a customer, continue to be pleased
We have been using Text Request since 2017. The service was great from the start and has continued to improve. We recently added an additional feature that required support to implement. The TR rep was responsive and helpful, and the whole process went very smoothly.

Amazing Experience!
I just switched over from another text company and was hesitant at first (a little nervous to not get the same customer experience) but i had one minor issue and it was fixed right away they even called without me asking because we were going back and forth on email. I have never had such quick replies and better customer service!
