Text Request has been a great replacement for Zipwhip. It does everything and a little more. Their data migration tool made for an easy transition of our Zipwhip data (HUGE). After we purchased their support/training was also great. I would highly recommend this software.

Text Request provided a seamless transition from our former text platform. Everything was completed in the quoted timeline and that is important to our business.

When we learned that Zipwhip was shutting their doors, we went looking for a suitable replacement for our business. We landed on Text Request because they use the actual business landline number, and were also able to import and preserve all of our contacts and conversations from Zipwhip. Text Request is a robust service with several features that were not present in Zipwhip and we have been very happy with the switch.
