I’m so confused. I don’t normally leave reviews cause I think they are bs. This company was recommended to me by brother after they used them a few years ago. I can tell you they that I couldn’t remember what was in the storage units (it had been 5 years) but when they got out there to pickup, I had forgotten about dozens of items. Any bad reviews on here I have seen are talking about upcharges. I had more stuff, so unpaid more…it was pretty simple. They didn’t break anything, they were respectful, and they were timely. I didn’t sign up to date these guys, I just needed some movers. People seem so sensitive these days.

Horrible. They will tell you anything to get you to book. Then when it's time for your stuff to be picked up, be ready for plenty MORE CHARGES. Don't use them! They won't answer your calls when you call to get some help.

Cindy, I do apologize that you feel this way. It is explained during the booking process, and in the estimate, that packing supplies for glass items is provided at a additional charge. Also it is listed under the possible additional charges that if the driver is unable to get the truck within 75 ft of the building they will have to assess additional fees. Additional fees and Accessorial Services (if applicable to the move):: If not included within the agreement, professional packing services are not included. However, it is at the discretion of the mover at the time of pickup to determine if items will require professional packing services. In these instances, additional charges will be applied. These items include but are not limited to the following: televisions, mirrors, glass tabletops, wall art, contents within dresser drawers, etc. Packing supplies, such as bubble wrap, shrink wrap, boxes, etc. are not included Items being transported that are non-stackable, are considered Bulky items. A Bulky item charge will apply for those non-stackable items, as deemed by the mover at the time of pickup. If there is more than one flight of stairs at your origin and (or) destination which require the movers to transport items beyond the first flight, there will be a charge of $75 per additional flight. There will be no charge for the first flight of stairs at either the origin or destination. Most movers within the 3 BROTHERS MOVING & STORAGE LLC network perform the pickup and delivery using a tractor trailer (18 wheeler). Drivers must have the ability to park within 75 feet at both the origin and destination points to avoid long carry charges. Depending on the size of the job, long carry charges start at $150.00. If the tractor trailer cannot park within a reasonable distance, shuttle services may be required. Shuttle services begin at $300.00.

Stay well away from this moving company. Will sell you the world and lock in delivery dates and then put the price up post move AND change the delivery dates AND not communicate with you at all. I have sent numerous emails, made telephone calls, not one response. I don't even know where my stuff is at the moment and it has been 4 weeks. TERRIBLE!

Anna, Delivery dates are not guaranteed. At the time of pickup, you will be asked to provide your First Available Delivery Date. Based on the distance to the destination, this date will determine the delivery window, which can last from one to 31 business days. As you must be available for delivery, the delivery window does not begin until that date. The details of all of this are explained in all paperwork and information provided at the time of booking. During pickup, an additional fee of $400 was charged due to the large size and weight of the items. In accordance with the contract, items of this nature may be subject to an additional fee at the time of pickup due to their nature. If you feel that this information was not adequately explained, please accept our apologies. We provide multiple pamphlets of information at the time of booking. The only notation I have since the date of pickup was made on 3/28. Customers Service informed you that delivery would take place within 5-7 days of that date, depending on travel conditions. It is unclear whether you contacted the carrier directly or your booking agent, but Customer Service has received no record of any attempts to contact them prior to March 28. Please feel free to reach out to 3 Brothers Moving & Storage Customer Service directly if you wish to discuss this further.

It’s a bait and switch business. They get in with a low price and subcontract out to another mover that will upcharge once they are at your place. They take little care to actually know what you have and are looking for a fee.

Excellent service! Professional, handled with care, on time. Just an all around easy stress free experience. Made a huge move much easier! I had Anthony as my rep and Sarah for customer service. I recently just planned a move to Florida, from Maryland and had by far the best experience I’ve ever had moving using The 3 Moving Brothers. Previously in the past, I have had to hire movers, and we had the worst experience so I was a bit hesitant having to do that again. Not only were these guys super professional and polite, but they took their time wrapping, loading, unloading and unwrapping all of my furniture. The actual price we paid was with in $100 from the original estimate that we were provided which is very rare to find these days, especially with moving company’s. Marty not only goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied, but you can tell he truly cares and he makes sure every move goes very well.
