I talked to 3 different agents all were extremely helpful and were very knowledgeable on the product. Help me thru the purchase process over the phone which I was more comfortable with than ordering over the computer

Living in South Texas, really south! Brownsville getting things shipped can be a challenge. Diffrent addresses for postal vs FedEx etc. They took the time to insure the correct address, greatly appreciated!
