I ordered May 6 and received May 14 When I asked customer service about the USPS number someone responded two days later with an update on May 8th and May 11th They sent all 10 packs of crochet braids and they were in good condition. The braids do to stick to each other if you put a lot in your real hair. I had 5 packs of crochet braids put in. I think the braids may need some kind of braid sheen spray to keep them separated so they don't not stick or tangle together. M.A. Machen DeSoto TX

I love this company because the communication, service and professionalism is top notch! Blair Bloom called me personally to thank me for my purchase. I never experienced that before. Blair provided excellent customer service and informed me right away if there were delays. My wigs are beautiful and I will purchase again soon! I was able to find some purchases at The CoCo beauty that were in stock but out of stock elsewhere. Please consider this company when making your next purchase.
