I ordered these books in December for Christmas. There were some issues with my delivery but their customer service ws top notch. They communicated with me and worked very hard to get my package delivered. I'm happy that I did receive my package in March. I appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to satisfy their customers. My parents and I are happy with the books. Thank you!

Shipping was slow but reasonable as I ordered during the height of the holidays. Communication was good however and I received the books just in time to give to my folks. Great presentation and I'm excited to read them when my parents complete them.

My mother in law was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year so when I saw an ad for The Heirloom Books I thought it would be a great keepsake for the grandchildren to have as their time with grandma will be too short. Grandma was very thankful! Looking through the pages, I thought it was beautifully laid out and will capture the story of someone’s life perfectly. Highly recommend these as a gift or even to fill out for your own children or grandchildren to gift it to them! The book arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged, shipped out and arrived on time as well! Thanks again Heirloom Books! Our book will be cherished for years to come!
