Very fast delivery and easy to work…
Very fast delivery and easy to work with, the only reason that I gave only four stars is because out of the four Plecos that I ordered I thought that I would get at least one female, but they are all males.

Hi Charles; Thanks for leaving us a review! We're sorry you were disappointed in receiving all male Plecos. Next time around, if you would like to include a note with your order on gender preferences, we'll do the best we can to accommodate you. In the meantime, we hope your Plecos are doing a good job cleaning up your tank!

As always, great online fish resource
As always, they did an excellent job of selecting, packing and shipping eight beautiful and healthy cichlids. We utilized their Easy to follow acclimation process and release them into our hospital/quarantine tank, intent upon transferring them after two weeks observation into our main 60 gallon Cichlid tank. However, very mysteriously and sadly, after 10 days of seeming very healthy and happy free-swimming in the tank, which had perfect water parameters, aeration, filtration, etc., suddenly overnight they all perished!!!! We have worked with Frank and Valerie for a couple of years now and they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and generous people who have always provided excellent service and beautiful specimens… With this unfortunate situation being no-fault of theirs, we will want to order from them again!

Hi Larry; Thank you for your kind words and being so communicative with us as we tried to help you figure out what happened with this last order of Cichlids. We really appreciate your recurring business and enjoy being able to answer any questions that you have concerning your fish and tank conditions. It’s always a pleasure to work with someone who provides all of the information we need to really be helpful. We look forward to fulfilling your aquarium needs again in the near future. And in the meantime, Carpe Diem!

Gorgeous Fish!
Always a great experience shopping for fish here! From start to finish they continue to impress me. This time around I purchased a half dozen Discus in a wide beautiful variety. Not one single issue or problem.
