Ordered 10 fish online. I made some mistakes with my selections. They called me, walked me through what would be better for me, it came out to be less money and more of what I wanted. They were shipped to Florida arrived alive and continue that way after two months.

We make no profit on our shipping fees and, like with everything else lately, we have to contend with the rising costs associated with our carriers. Thank you for being so understanding. Real time accurate shipping
Customer service is great, Shipping is great once it ships you get real time updates to the minute. I love ordering from iFISH unfortunately this batch I purchased didn’t survive the acclimation process so I will be ordering again soon.

Oh no! We're very sorry the Discus didn't survive acclimation! They can be quite delicate and react to the slightest variations in tank parameters and/or tankmates. Should you want to give it another try, we'd be happy to work with you pre-order to iron out any potential speed bumps in transferring our Discus to your tank environment.
