We were impressed with Mohammed , the service guy that checked over our system and helped to program security codes. He was very good at explaining everything to us. The response time to our signing up for the service was fast and easy.

While the reaction speed to getting me converted from my prior (now defunct) provider was very good, the attention to detail was not. The upshot was an annoying series of calls from TMC that my alarm testing was not working. The TMC people, from the installer on, were all very pleasant to deal with ... but of varying degrees of competence. The first person that dealt with this test failure issued a slew of codes for me to enter on the keypad ... but the result was useless: the problem remained. Finally, the third person to get involved saw the issue (time had not been properly set) and implemented a fix via a whole new slew of codes for me to enter. Waiting to see if this now stops the phone calls and code-entry exercises. Like I said, quick response, nice folks, but sloppiness resulting in a lot of annoying subsequent activity.

I would like to thank Mirella who I suspect was the person I dealt with 20 years ago as well and she still presents a cheerful and helpful voice on the end of the phone. The experience was simple stress free throughout including the installation and less expensive than and other options.
