I had good experience previously but this time the experience has been awful so far. The installer was the most unprofessional person I had ever dealt with. Lazy is an understatement. He installed the system incomplete and left without even the siren working. He brought every excuse under the sun why he can't do this or do that. He didn't even remove the old alarm panel. He installed the new one on top of the old one. I had to call the service department and they sent him back. He installed the rest of the system with wrong components and some of them still not working. the Siren still not working. The contacts are hosh posh mix and match some of them are bigger than the window locks. the glass break is not working. He didn't hook up some of the existing motion detectors. It is a mess and on top of it they charged over $2100 to my credit card without telling me what it is for. I have been trying too get a in touch with the sales manager and left 2 messages but not received any call backs.
