The technician was respectful and knowledgeable. The installation was straight forward. i have been with the monitoring centre for years and i always like the quick responsive service. My only concern that there was waisted time to connect to the main office. which was more time than i expected because you charge hourly i felt that’s not my fault. At the end i didn’t have to pay for the waisted time which is great.

Adam, the tech who setup my existing DSC PC2500 alarm system was very knowledgeable and experienced. Karen, customer care specialist was very professional and helpful. But the lady who answered my telephone call was not kind and helpful at all on my question of the siren length once triggered. Karen gave me the answer when I contacted her by email.
