I am writing regarding my account and…

I am writing regarding my account and recent charges for my Pet Lab Co. subscription. I recently reviewed my bank statements and noticed that I have been charged monthly for the past six months for products that I have not received. I realized that when I moved approximately six months ago, I failed to update my shipping address with your company. I mistakenly believed that my subscription had not renewed and was unaware that orders were still being processed and shipped. The previous address on file was: 142 Gable Dr., Myerstown, PA My current and correct address is: 17 Horst Ave., Lebanon, PA Unfortunately, I have not received a single shipment during this time. I also assumed the postal service would forward the packages, but none were ever delivered to my new address. As a result, I have been paying for products that I never received. I am reaching out to ask for clarification on where these shipments were delivered and to discuss possible options for resolution, whether that be reshipment of the missed orders, a credit, or a refund. The tracking information shows that the orders were successfully delivered to the previous address on file. Since the shipping address was not updated at the time, the packages were sent there as scheduled.
