Your products are so expensive and I bought the probiotics anyways because I hate seeing my baby struggle with this itching. It did absolutely nothing. I will never purchase another thing from you. What a waste!!!!!😡

Horrible customer service. Ordered a product over a month ago and still has not arrived, no one will get back to me. im on hold on the phone for 55 min as a huge waste of my time. dont order from these people, they dont care about you. Order number: 11939060 Now I’ve just been attempted to be charged again for a second order which I don’t want.

I'm using the treatment on my dog's food every day to help get rid of plaque buildup on her teeth and I'm being as patient as possible. BUT... I discovered that somehow, I'm on a subscription plan that I had no intention of getting on. How did that happen? And it's not cheap. So, since I started the treatments, I have NINE (count 'em, NINE) jars of the stuff. And sprinkling a small scoop on her food once a day means this stuff is going to last into the next dog... or the one after that. Unless I was running a kennel, there's no way I need - or anyone needs - subscription. I feel like a sucker. Here is my most recent order #12111070

Very disappointed in customer service . My debit card charge 3 times in 3 consecutive days for 270.00 dollars for orders I didn’t place nor did I receive.
