The 24/7 customer support is AMAZING! All staff has been genuine and caring in making sure all needs are met. I've never experienced customer service like this. I'd give them a 10-star rating if possible.

TherapyNotes has a good platform that is perfect for my private practice. There are more features than I know how to use (but I know I have access to learning resources through the TherapyNotes blog). Perhaps the most important feature is their customer service. I cannot begin to describe how helpful they have been with a variety of issues. Customer Service has been the biggest selling point for me. I can't imagine switching EHRs.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Therapynotes. The greatest thing they have is well-trained tech support. I can get an American to answer any of my questions, and they are soooo helpful. I don't have to wait more than a couple of minutes to get help. They send an email afterwards to show step by step of what I asked for future reference ( when I forget how to do it again, LOL.) I would highly recommend this company!!!!

The customer service is exceptional. TherapyNotes support is great about following up and addressing the issues my practice has had to face. Been working with them for 4 years now. I recently underwent a name change, new bank info, and the process required additional support than usual, involving other parties like Cardpointe. TN Support was on top of things and somehow managed to help my practice get past a barrier that was, in my opinion, unnecessary. I communicated my frustration and it was addressed. They are great at supporting my biller. Things I wish TN could improve; "Make-your-own" forms are good however, the ability to edit, align and create a personalized form is still limited, currently external uploads must be a specific format, it would be great if TN can accept other formats such as; pdf's. and/or csv files.

TherapyNotes is user friendly, very intuitive, easy to use. Therapynotes also have real staff that understand the therapy field and are open to feedback on what to add or change! You can call them 24/7 and have your needs met by a kind person. It’s honestly so refreshing. They have added many measures which you can share with clients via the patient portal. The patient portal is so nice too for the messaging feature if you need to communicate with clients outside of sessions. I would never use another platform. Thank you TherapyNotes for making our job easier in a world that seems to make it harder so often.

It's so easy to talk to someone to get support help with TherapyNotes. No jumping through hoops to get to a live person and very low wait time, if any. I have done billing for many Mental Health Practices and they are the one I recommend to anyone looking for a new EHR.

When I called today I received exemplary care. The customer care representative dug deep to find the issue, located it, and intervened with Claim MD to help me resolve it. I was extremely pleased to receive the help as I had been fighting with it for months. Thank you Jessica!
