Thus far my experience with TherapyNotes has been excellent. Most impressive is their customer support team. They are easily accessible, knowledgeable and understanding. The monthly cost is so affordable, especially when you factor in the live support received.

Courtney C in sales at Therapy Notes, provided me with a 45 minute scheduled implementation call to become familiar with how to use the TN system. Courtney was kind enough to spend 2 hours on the phone with me, walking me through step by step of everything I needed to submit, code, upload, click on, and process, in order to have my new practice up and running in 72 hours! I went from being a frantic mess, to feeling A LOT more prepared and relieved after my phone call with Courtney today! Now I'm feeling ready to go thanks to all of her help.
