The customer service is absolutely outstanding! I was having trouble uploading our client contacts and Derek J and his team came to my rescue! He was able to remotely log into my computer and spent a good amount of time trying to help! 45 mins later it was figured out! He was patient and showed empathy to my situation! A++++ customer service!

Switching software accounts was anxiety provoking, especially with a thriving and growing private practice. I really appreciate the prompt responses and positive attitudes of the tech support. It felt as if they actually wanted me to succeed. What a refreshing experience!
