TherapyNotes has been wonderful. Their live and email support is responsive and very easy to follow. The system, in general, is quite intuitive. We are a small(ish) practice and it seems to work well for us.

I have been using Therapy Notes for my practice for 7 years. I have always found their support people to be helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time, and often, the wait is surprisingly short. I would highly recommend Therapy Notes.

I have been using Therapynotes since 2017. It is so easy to use. As times change, they change, and the change is seamless. The support staff is all knowledgeable, nice, quick. With all that was going on with therapy, they made everything available - video, codes ETC. I never dread calling for help. I REALLY appreciate their being here. I guess you can tell, I recommend them strongly.

By and large a well run organization. When I get someone to pick up, the individuals are helpful and detailed. They answer in polite manner and resolve most issues satisfactorily. There are however, i in the past, where I have called and been waiting extensively on hold. No idea when someone will pick up. When someone picks up, as I said prior, the issue is generally resolved satisfactorily. However, I have inquired multiple times over the 12 months and the excuse is too often indicating they hire people and their training takes several weeks. That may be true, but then perhaps more individuals need to be hired to avoid these extensive hold times for customer service.

We have had a recent surge of new customers which has caused the phone lines to be much busier than usual. We strive to provide high quality phone support 7 days/wk. Most of our competitors do not offer readily available phone support. We have been continuing to hire as many new staff members as we can find.
