I begrudgingly switched to Therapy Notes at the urging of my billing person about 2 years ago and soon understood why she was recommending it! The program is sophisticated enough to be secure and do all that is necessary for an eRecord/billing system in this evolving field AND it is logical enough and offers wonderful actual human support to guide me thru any difficulties. I highly recommend Therapy Notes.

Therapy Notes is an outstanding EHR system for behavioral health providers that has the all functionality needed for making independent practice easier, at an exceptionally affordable rate. Further, the customer service has always been outstanding, which makes TN even more valuable as the customer service representatives have always been extremely patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this system!

Bianca B assisted me in dealing with a Cardpointe security scan, required within the first 90 days of signing up with therapynotes. The whole process was initially incomprehensible to me, but she was able to walk me through the requisite questionnaire data gathering in a manner that was patient, supportive, and validating. She further assured me that were other issues to arise I should feel free to reach out, which I definitely will do.
