I dreaded calling this company for help because I’ve had experiences in the past with other companies in which I asked for help but was not able to use the help I got. The support person who helped me at this company was extremely patient and never acted like we were in a rush. She walked me through each step (we shared screens for this) and when we were done I felt eager to continue on my own. It really made a difference!

Since our free trial and our first month of subscribing as I am learning, I have had occasion to both call and email tech support. I have been met with expert instruction and advice, have never waited on hold too long, and have spoken to very pleasant, accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, articulate support staff. I'm extremely happy so far.

I use the software to run a chaplaincy and life coaching program for a non-profit. We don't use the billing portion, but everything in TherapyNotes is very robust and useful to us. We are in the trial phase, but everything looks good thus far. Their customer support is exceptional. I called this morning and received very professional US-based support.

I have used Therapy Notes for close to three years. From my experience, the Therapy Notes culture strongly supports the customer with time, skilled support, and just plain patience with kindness. I have learned how to use their software and find it user-friendly. If I need additional support I also find their personal support is approachable, clear, and skilled. As a clinician in private practice, I appreciate all the aspects of their software that simplifies the business end. Thank you Therapy Notes for making the private practice transition smooth.

I have been using Therapy Notes for a couple on=f months now and find it to be easy to use and reliable.

I am a Psychologist, in private practice. I predominantly conduct psychological evaluations. I switched to TherapyNotes in April 2021. I did this while continuing to see patients and conduct psychological evaluations. I found it pretty intuitive to use. The set-up was pretty simple. I did reach out to support 2 or 3 times with questions. I got an almost immediate response. I received the information/help I needed. I needed help with setting up the credit card processing in TherapyNotes, a support person walked me through the entire process. When I hung up everything was set up and working. I also really like the Psychological Evaluation Notes format. The CPT codes, the minutes, the breakdown for each test. I am 100% satisfied with the product.

A happy 2 year customer here. Can't recommend anyone else.

I have used Therapynotes for years. I love that the system is simple and easy to use. The billing process is streamlined so it doesn't take hours to submit claims. Note keeping is straightforward and they provide templates for every kind of note that I've needed to make. There is room for improvement though. It would be so helpful if the provided client information form included a place for insurance information and that transferred automatically to the client billing settings. Also, while the telehealth platform is very convenient and works well, I cannot then access client information or paperwork during the session. It would be helpful, especially with the new screen sharing option, to be able to show clients how to upload forms or use the client portal and such. (Maybe I'm missing something and should be able to do that). Overall, I think Therapynotes is a great platform and I will continue to use it for my practice needs and recommend it to others.
