I am so glad I found Therapy Notes! I started using Therapy Notes just for the note aspect, which decreased my note writing time considerably. I also believe my notes are of higher quality. Then I started using the billing aspect of this program and was highly impressed. I am still shocked as to how easy billing is. I also appreciate the "To Do" list which helps keep my loose ends manageable and makes it so convenient to remember the notes I have yet to write. Customer service is amazing, like seriously amazing - they're so patient, knowledgeable, and their hours are impressive. I have been using TherapyNotes since 2012 and it has been incredibly helpful to my practice. Recently I experienced some difficulties with telehealth billing and called customer support. The person who helped me was professional, friendly, patient, a good communicator and knew exactly how to walk me through the process of fixing my problem. Normally calling customer support at a large company is an exercise in frustration, but this was actually a pleasure!

TherapyNotes was recommended to me by another clinical social worker. Others in the field pointed me to a couple of other programs and have checked them out as well, but I found that TherapyNotes met my needs the most. I don't have to fully manually enter diagnostic or billing codes, it's user friendly, it's figured out a telehealth platform and the customer service is amazing! The Merchant Support team of TherapyNotes has been a phenomenal help to me with my CC processing and PCI compliance. Initially, I was overwhelmed and confused with the process, and was spending my valuable time trying to figure the process out on my own. I finally contacted TN's Merchant Support and spoke with Daniel, who literally saved me HOURS of time (and my sanity). He helped me to complete the process in MINUTES. As a sole prop business owner, time is extremely valuable, and I cannot thank Daniel enough for his support. My advice to any TN customers: don't waste another minute of your time and contact the Merchant Support team right now!

I anxiously put off using Therapy Notes in my practice as any new technology kind of freaks me out. I've been in practice over 40 years and was used to the pen and paper note taking. Therapy Notes has turned out to be a very logical program along with the most amazing technical support I have ever experienced. They must have a fairly good sized staff because I'm always speaking to a new tech support team member. It is the opposite of calling for cell phone or cable support. I get a live person within 1-3 minutes and they help me each step of the way. We even have an excellent phone connection. I really can't say enough about them. Barry K. I've only been using Therapy Notes for less than a month and I must say compared to other vendors. This is one of the most comprehensive EMRs that I've used. We're looking to change EMRs from Therasoft, and this system is exactly what we needed. I didn't know anything about their software and I was able to successfully navigate through their application and register a patient as well as create a patient portal account. In this day in time where efficiency drives profit and many practices don't have the bandwidth to go through these extended trainings on using software. This is just what the doctor ordered "no pun intended".
