I recently had the pleasure of speaking with an enrollment CSR named Nicole Webb and she was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions regarding Enrollment to submit Vermont Medicaid electronically within Therapy Notes. She was patient with me as I was not clear about which enrollment and she confirmed that what I did was correct - her reassurance gave me peace of mind. I am a member of a small group practice which uses TherapyNotes and I have had a have a wonderful experience with the customer service they have provided! The staff is so very attentive and knowledgeable that they fix my problems with lightening speed. They do not seem to have anyone who is grouchy or not helpful which is unusual and so welcome these days!

I have tried several platforms for notes and billing. As a one stop, one person practice, I do it all... and admittedly I do not like the note and billing part of being a therapist. In fact, I dread it. But since I've been with TherapyNotes, I actually don't mind doing these necessary tasks, surprisingly. Their platform makes sense. It's easy to follow.Everything you need to know how to do is written in a clear step-by-step form, almost always accompanied with screen shots so you can see what you're supposed to be doing to get your question answered. And, in the rare event you can't figure something out, they respond to inquiry/help emails within a day (usually) and are very thorough in their response. I wish I had started with them years ago, it would have staved off some of the grey in my hair and wrinkles on my face. :-) Seriously, this program is amazing.
