I have not received my order nor has anyone responded to my email regarding my order. I ordered my tea almost 2 weeks ago and I have not received any information about it.

Woohoo! It's Christmas shopping season! I have ordered many beautiful jewelry items and clothing. All were shipped and received very quickly. I have started a return due to a minor issue with a T-shirt and customer service was on the spot and very helpful. I love the free shipping and the care sellers use when packaging and shipping their lovely products. I am very much a loyal fan to the W!

I have used the WMarketplace many times. Their products have all been top quality, and it is now the site where I routinely order my hair products (Masami). I also have ordered various home items and been happy with all of them. Great products and supporting women—perfection!

I love gifting products from the W Marketplace. The sellers do such a thoughtful, beautiful job of packaging and I love introducing friends to new products, from women owned businesses. I have found the service team to be exceptional as well.

I ordered a spoon, and the payment the went through. A few days later, a rep contacted me with a suggested replacement but it was not what I was looking for. They refunded my money, I never received a product, and now I've gotten 3 emails trying to get me to review a product I did not receive 🙂

Oh no! We are so sorry you are receiving these review reminders. And that the spoon you ordered was out of stock. UGH! We hope we can win you back with a great experience in the future. 💕
