Nicely packaged with extra flax and lavender included just in case. Also threw in a cooling mask. Tbh the quality was even better than I was expecting. 10/10

I have been trying to contact their customer support team for about 2 weeks about listing approval and no one has gotten back to me. My products are still not live.

I realize this has nothing to do with the product itself, but I had issues with the delivery. I was sent a notice that it would be delivered by UPS at my door. It was not! UPS delivered it to the post office and after a trip to the post office to track down my package and going online to file a complaint with USPS, I finally got my vinegar.

Oh no! Thank you for letting us know about this delivery issue. We will review the situation with the seller to see if we can figure out what happened with UPS. We do hope you love your vinegar...

The enameled metal tray I bought is even more beautiful than the photos. It came packed on time, and was packed sustainably, which is a big plus for me.

I ordered Asutra's MELATONIN LOTION WITH MAGNESIUM - 100ML and love it. The product arrived quickly and the packaging was great. Will definitely purchase from here again.
