surprisingly easy on-line processing!
i initially called Think Energy & the rep was very pleasant & helpful. he advised that processing a "switch" account would be easier on-line. it was. surprisingly so! even with my address being incorrect by the usps, there was an edit which allowed me to correct their error. now i just will wait & hope that the actual change-over will be smooth & accurate and no problems with billing.

Early in the process
Early in the process, but the conversion via phone from my existing energy provider to Think Energy was smooth. The phone representative was responsive and pleasant.
