ThinOptics has proven again the kind of socially conscious and progressive company it is: the Mountain View sunglasses did not fit my facial contours so I asked to return them and try the Palo Alto instead. While ThinOptics refunded the purchase price, the stamps.com return label was not emailed until nearly 2 months had passed; then I was not able to print the label and so in calling customer support, Ann told me that I could donate or give the glasses to someone who could use them....Your policy is truly amazing, and your glasses are absolutely the lightest weight reading or sunglasses available anywhere! Thank you!!

I can't express how much I LOVE these glasses. They are thin, light and easy to carry in a pocket or briefcase. I especially like how light they are on my face.

I had the best customer service ever. My favorite Computer Glasses broke where the screw came out and I sent the photos in with no questions asked and my replacements are on there way. Rhea was so helpful and kind it was a pleasure chatting with her!

I've had Thinoptics for years. Love them and people often ask where they can get them. I got them early and was thrilled with the lifetime guarantee. They are pretty sturdy but occasionally they got damaged and the customer service has always been impeccable. The few times I've broken mine it has been hard to be without for the few days until replacements came. They are that usefull. Especially attached to the back of my smartphone. I must say I am a bit disappointed that us early adopters don't get a grandfather clause. We have been good evangelists. A little gesture to us pioneers is always appreciated, and I have to say we have had many gestures come our way. Thanks for a great product and standing behind it to help us customers.
