The products are great BUT the one thing wrong is how easily the armless/nose type glasses scratch because the cases are too hard…something soft on the edges of the cases would help when taking them in and out

You no longer have a case that holds your ThinOptics glasses! Just the POD! It would have been more convenient to order them as a set!

Thank you for the honest feedback! We completely understand why you'd prefer an all-in-one set with a dedicated standalone case rather than having to piece things together separately. We do have the option of the MagSafe case.

Have used them for years. Just bought new ones. Only one small criticism, glasses are not held in holder well. Tend to slide out a bit too easily and end up on the floor.

Customer service & Rhea are amazing, very helpful and quick to respond. The timing it takes for processing and delivery I wish could be much faster, but alas even FedEx has delays.

I thought I was ordering a clear lens, but all 4 of my readers have a slightly yellowish tint.

Glasses would be even better if inner part of the rim would be slightly thicker to prevent temple to touch the glass when stored in connect case.
