Still very prone to scratching. Shipping and delivery were fantastic though.

I like the idea of your "Always with you" no arm readers. I've had 5 clear readers and decided to get some color this time.. I'm very disappointed that I've had these glasses for less than a week and the color is flaking off already. I've included a couple of pictures. I would've thought that maybe they were made with solid pink plastic. And not just painted. I haven't tried the black ones yet. And I would have hoped that $23 a pair for glasses, I wouldn't have to keep replacing them every couple of months. I could go to the dollar store and get 20 pair for the price of one of yours. Could not include a picture

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback, and we apologize for the disappointment. Our colored frames are designed for durability, so having the finish wear off after a few days is definitely a flaw. We hear your frustration regarding the value. We will be sure to work on this with our design team.

I have bought several of your reading glasses. Back when I bought my first ones, the nose piece kept breaking and I got a new pair, and they replaced them for free. Your company changed the style of the nose piece to a different one. They still are breaking and don't last.

Thank you for your loyalty over the years and for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that the redesigned nose piece is still giving you trouble and falling short on durability. Feedback like yours is critical for us to improve, and we are passing your notes directly to our product design team so they can re-evaluate the materials and construction of this piece. We sincerely appreciate you helping us make our products better.

Love the look of these, but they won’t stay on my nose no matter how much I pinch them tighter. Kindly tell me how i can return them.

I definitely don't like receiving emails twice a day. The glasses themselves are a great idea. Initially when I bought them they were lifetime warranty. Then I noticed you guys stopped honoring that. I've noticed that these glasses that I purchased only last maybe about 2 months or so and then either the nose piece or the spring breaks. I would also like to see you make slightly stronger lenses. Like a three or three and a half.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve raised. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive duplicate emails, and we’ll make sure your communication preferences are adjusted so you only receive the updates you want. Regarding the warranty, our policy has evolved over time, but we remain committed to supporting our customers with replacements and solutions when issues arise. We appreciate your detailed feedback about durability. Breakage of the nose piece or spring after just a few months is not the experience we want for you, and we’ll be glad to assist with replacements. We’ve also noted your request for stronger lenses in higher strengths such as +3.0 or +3.5, and we’ll share this with our product team for consideration in future designs. Your input helps us improve, and we truly value your loyalty to our glasses. Please reach out to our support team so we can arrange a replacement and ensure you’re satisfied moving forward.

They are thin but not comfortable to wear, they don't fit well and slip off very easily. They are not as per photo - I ordered 2 pairs with pink frames but they are just badly printed on colour onto clear frames, not like the sales image at all. I contacted customer service but was refused a return. Returns to USA are at my expense - I am in UK so too expensive.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m truly sorry to hear that the glasses did not meet your expectations in terms of comfort, fit, and frame appearance. We understand how disappointing it must be when the product differs from the sales image and does not feel suitable to wear. I will be sure to share your feedback with our design team.

Like the product. When ordered it appeared they would come in a protective case and did not. Came in thin Styrofoam sleeve.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. I’m glad you like the product, but I understand how it could be disappointing to expect a protective case and instead receive only a thin Styrofoam sleeve. Our current packaging for this item is designed to keep the glasses safe during shipping, but it does not include a hard case. We do offer compatible cases separately that provide everyday protection.
