I ordered 1.5 readers in error (wife just had cataract surgery..a gift) The Dr. said she needed 2.5. I reached out to somehow exchange for the right RX. They said they would take care of it by sending us replacements at no charge....Unheard of! We are so grateful. Great customer service. Great company!
