I have multiple pairs of thin optics reading glasses and can’t leave home without them. My readers that go on the back of my phone broke this week. I emailed thin optics a picture and a replacement pair was on its way within a couple of hours. Great customer service and they really stand behind their products.

I have a number of the products and they are all great. Earlier this week I experienced my first 'issue' with a broken part and so contact them. Given they are in the US, I am in the UK and there is a global pandemic I expected a few days before a response. Within 24 hours - responded and replacement en route. Brilliant service to match the brilliant products
