Great Customer Service! My husband realized that he ordered the wrong strength and I contacted customer service through the text feature off my phone. I got Ian and he was great! He helped us get the correct strength shipped to us!

Just ordered another four pairs. Two pairs ThinOptics with the key chain cases for the motorcycle jackets. Compact case that folds reading glasses in half. I had a pair fail and had another pair sent out no charge. I thought, I would try their other reading glasses so ordered their computer ones and their Brooklyn versions. Great online support too.

So I have had 2 pairs of these for a couple of years - super handy - I have one on my keychain the other just loose in my laptop bag. Had them both replaced year or 2 back, they are super strong but I guess everything has its limit. Broke one pair a few months back and today someone was admiring them and wanted to see how flexible they were, and the poor thing broke on me. Miguel in customer service was super helpful and 2 replacements are on their way. I love this company and its product.

I love the convenience of the cell phone case and nose glasses. Every product mfg. has to work the kinks out of their product and I suspect that's the case with these. So my nose piece broke and they are sending a replacement. No big deal. I note that the nose pieces have been improved and look forward to wearing them. I do not consider them to be a replacement for my normal glasses, but they sure do come in handy when I forget my readers. Thin Optics gets an E for effort and an A for innovation. I'm a fan.

I have two sets of glasses in a keychain fob and a smartphone case. Both eyeglasses broke this week. There is a limit to replace one set every 30 days. Jake helped me get the replacements very quickly for both via the chat service. Thanks!

I love these glasses. I have been wearing them for a few years. I have had to replace the glasses because of failed nose pads, the process is easy and efficient. I spoke with online chat today. Jake was my representative. There was a malfunction on the website when I was ordering my replacement. He handled my issue seamlessly with great customer service.
