Great customer service
O bought glasses almost 7 years ago with a lifetime warranty. Last week my glasses are broken. Two or three days after my e-mail, today i received a reply that my replacement glasses are on the way. They have great customer service.

Superb quality--both of the products and the customer care!
Okay, I was quite disappointed by something that sometimes just happens: the left... well, I don't know what it's called but it's the part that in regular glasses rests on your nose, but in this case (being armless glasses) render the glasses unusable. I told them by email and it took all of 3 days (eternity in today's world, but I am not their only customer so I really hadn't noticed the time 'issue') and I received a sincere apology for 'the time delay' and then, BOOM. Done. Just...like...that. Really: 'I am sorry that happened, I can send you a replacement if you will give me the details,' (frame color, glasses strength like +0.75, +1.25, etc.) and I gave them and they were shipped. As I said: done. Just like that!
To be clearer, there were none of the questions asking how I was using them, what I was doing when it happened, no request for the broken pair (I made sure by offering and they said that it was not necessary). Just an honest apology, without excuses, by the way. They made every effort to replace them with an identical set and that was it. Oh and I got a follow up email with the details of the shipment order number, etc. These are not your five-and-dime 5 dollar reading glasses. They are just shy of $20.00! ($19.95) and they really are very good quality. Yes, I would recommend (I have already, and I will continue to) recommend them with highest praise and regard!

Great after sales customer service
Had a small issue with my glasses where one of the nose-bridge pieces had come off and got lost. Got in touch via customer services & sent a photo showing the problem and they shipped me a new pair of glasses right away with no hassle at all. Perfect customer service to complement a great little product - very happy to recommend!
