Great Customer Service!
I sent an email to ThinOptics because I received my delivery but I mistakenly chose an incorrect strength for the readers. My question was "could I just exchange the glasses or do I need to exchange the glasses and the case as well?" I received an answer back (within a few hours) telling me that they were sending me a new pair of glasses at the correct strength free of charge. I thought that this was pretty wonderful considering that it was my mistake. And the products are Fantastic!!!
