I sold my car THIScar and everyone I worked with was very pleasant and upfront about expectations. There was minimal haggling and the paperwork was fast and easy. I would definitely consider selling to them again.

The communication made this deal easy. Daniela kept me up to date on this car deal. She told me what to expect and helped me out when I had issues with sending some of my information. I recommend using ThisCar when selling your car.

DO NOT buy an EV from them if you want the $4000 used electric vehicle federal tax credit. They will tell you it's your responsibility to claim it on your taxes, but that is NOT correct. Dealer has to submit VIN to IRS within 3 days of purchase and provide buyer with form 15400 Clean Vehicle Seller Report or you loose the ability to claim IRS rebate. Unacceptable that they either do not understand the used car credit (it's been around for almost 2 years now) and are misinforming buyers or they are just plain lying to buyers. Both are unethical business practices.

Professional and easy to work with. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. It was a very different experience than the traditional high pressure dealership.
