I love my therapist. She’s doing a great job. But all the emails and sign ins. I find confusing and repetitive so it’s the administrative aspect of thrive works that I’m not too happy with.

I wish our therapist, Jacob, would be more punctual for each appointment so that we can have the full hour of therapy that we need. It makes us very anxious to sit and wait on Zoom for more than 10 minutes each time for him to log on. We really value our sessions and would appreciate being able to use the full scheduled time.

My provider is amazing! I have no issue with her at all. The reason I have a 4 is due to the business/customer service side. I have had several issues with them billing for visits either incorrectly or requesting/ taking payment without verifying my insurance coverage. I have 2 insurances and recently found out that my second insurance has been paying them, as well. When I call, it seems as though no one really understands how to rectify the discrepancies. I wish the billing practices were more consistent and that they had actually certified coding/billing contacts who we could speak with.
