A problem had happened at Tierranet's end. When I reported it, the response was prompt, honest and thorough, which I really appreciated. The problem was resolved pretty quickly too, which certainly didn't hurt!

After struggling with access to the firm's administrator account, who had left the firm years ago and not dedicated someone else to take this mantle, TierraNet's team directed me through the journey necessary to alter this situation and allow me to renew my domain and become the administrator.... this eliminated my 'dog biting his tail' analogy and provide a successful outcome.
