No one says anything about how easy to…
No one says anything about how easy to install or if they like the outcome.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that we are a tile supplier and do not provide installation services. For that reason, most reviews focus on product quality, design, and customer service rather than installation specifics. Installation experiences can vary widely depending on the installer’s skill and the conditions of the project. For the best results, we always recommend working with a licensed professional. If you have any questions about the product itself, we’re happy to assist. Best regards, Tiles and Deco

Shipping is how they make money!
Tiles was not what I was looking for but because it was $1 for the tile and $30 for shipping I have to keep it

Hi Patrick, Our customer satisfaction is very important for us. You purchased 1 SAMPLE for $0.99 cents. Customer select their shipping method of preferences. Shipping cost goes to UPS. Thats what you selected for shipping method. However you never contacted us about your return. We care very much about our reputation and this review means a lot for us. We have contacted you by email to discuss how to better serve you. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to improve your experience. Regards Tiles and Deco.

The wait time for my tiles has been…
The wait time for my tiles has been ridiculous! I still do not have it, so disappointed.

Hi Colette, When you placed the order we informed you that the tile was out of stock. And you decided to keep your order in back order and wait until item arrive. I always sent you emails about the status and ETA. Finally you leave us this review and the day after you email us that you loved the tile and the wait was worth it. “Miguel, The tile is beautiful and worth the wait, thank you. Sent by Colette from my iPhone” Again thank you for your business! and We are very sure that our future customers are not going to let themselves be guided by this contradictory review. Thank you Tiles and Deco
